Metaphonian Society

Who Are the Mets? We are the girls of the Metaphonian Society. Established in 1924, the Metaphonian society takes pride in its diversity and very close sisterhood. Besides local service projects, we host social events for Whittier College, and help out in the  Whittier community. Sisterhood is a very valuable aspect in our lives and we cherish all the memories of compassion, fun, and laughter. Met sisterhood lasts a lifetime. Where are the mets? The mets are all over  the campus and off-campus. We are all involved with various clubs and organizations on campus, as well honor societies. So wherever you are, you are likely to see a friendly face. Sometimes you can catch us eating lunch at "The Rock" on met Mondays. Come and say "hi" and bring your lunch, we love meeting new people!!!!
